Below is a list of roles that I have carried out for various companies.  This is to give you an understanding of my skills and experience.

MARKETING

  1. Promoting the company at Networking and Business Breakfast meetings. Random Acts & Hesley Honey

  3. Discussing with colleagues the content and layout of literature, contacting the printer.
  4. Arranging for printing, collection and distribution. Random Acts
  5. Promoting the event in a live interview with BBC Radio Sheffield.Random Acts
  6. Giving an interview with a local reporter resulting in a half page article and follow up reports. Random Acts
  7. Identifying and targeting companies within a sector, generating letters and mail merging them with addresses from the databases which I produced or manipulated. Moonburst Hire & Fluid Medium.
  8. Carrying out follow up calls resulting in quotations and further contracts. Seaton Park & Random Acts
  9. I attend Rotherham Farmers Market as Hesley Honey, answering questions from the general public and give my talks to groups on bee keeping when requested.Hesley Honey.

EVENT ORGANISING


  1. Planning & managing the first 24 hour Music Hall Show called Musichallathon

  3. Generating business plans and setting targets for ticket and production schedules.Random Acts
  4. Supervised volunteers and the main point of contact.Random Acts
  5. Consulted with the clients, design & production teams to ensure the structure was on schedule.Seaton Park
  6. Use a production chart to plan key stages within the project. When desired targets were not reached we reassessed and discussed alternatives.Moonburst Hire & Random Acts
  7. Identifying the training need of team members. Sourcing training providers. Collating all information to present to the team members involved. Once a decision was made as to which course they were going on I booked the course for them using official forms.DfES
  8. I regularly liaise with event organisers when we are asked to provide a stall. Every event is different and their requirements are also different. Ensuring that I have enough stock.
