FINANCE & RECORDING ANALYSIS

 

  1. Invoice generation and credit control, book keeping and bank reconciliations. Random Acts, Fluid Medium Hesley Honey & Lembas.
  2. Having Authority to gain access to company bank accounts over the telephone and internet banking. Beyond Computers Ltd, Random Acts & Fluid Medium.
  3. Prepared figures for the VAT return using Quickbooks & Excel. Business for Breakfast, Beyond Computers Ltd, Moonburst Hire & Random Acts.
  4. Used cost centre based ordering recording and monitoring of programme and admin budgets. DfES
  5. Provided evidence for audit trail at DfES
  6. Close monitoring of all payments and bringing spiralling costs to colleagues attention. Junction Solutions, Moonburst Hire, Random Acts & Seaton Park.
  7. Responsible for calculating PAYE for 9 members of staff and close monitoring of all payments. Moonburst Hire, Random Acts, Fluid Medium. Also using the IRIS Computer Package to calculate 22 weekly paid staff at Lembas. I used HMRC disc to calculate the PAYE for 28 staff at Cavalier Incorporated.
  8. Collected shift data, analysed it and produced weekly man shift reports which  fed into  wage costs and weekly income calculations. Amco Mining
  9. Produced cash flow forecasts. Random Acts, Moonburst Hire, H M Treasury.
  10. Searched and collated data to analyse government department accounts and calculated net present values for Defence projects.  H M Treasury.
  11. Used Sage to process sales and purchase invoices. Working for an Agency
  12. Recording all sales and costs for various product areas using formulas in Excel.  Hesley Honey

GENERALADMINISTRATION

    1. Provided individual support to directors and team leaders. Junction Solutions, Rudi Enos Design, Amco Mining & DfES
    2. Organised meetings, booked rooms and refreshments, minute taking & distribution. Women in Business Board of Barnsley & Rotherham Chamber of Commerce. DfES & H M Treasury.
    3. Produced risk assessments. Random Acts.
    4. Sourced suppliers and generated purchase orders with specific technical requirements, negotiated prices and delivery dates. Moonburst Hire & Seaton Park
    5. Typed very precise technical method statements. Amco Mining. I have typed CV's for various clients.
    6. Kept confidential staff records, sickness and absenteeism records. Junction Solutions & Amco Mining
    7. Set up all the office procedures. (Planning charts and box office instructions)Random Acts, Freshly Organic. 
    8. Produced invoices and performed credit control duties. Random Acts, Fluid Medium, Moonburst Hire & Lembas.
    9. Performed site visits to other mines across the country to carry out my role in that location. I also did site visits for Seaton Park, this depended on where the structure was to be located within the major event, eg Silverstone. Seaton Park & Amco Mining
    10. I have to keep by law detailed records off all my hives, when we inspect, what we find and what we did. Hesley Honey
    11. Contacted local estate agents with a brief of our requirements for new premises.  Collated all details and did site visits to assess the real suitability. I produced a report which was presented to the rest of the team at a meeting for discussion. Moonburst hire & Lembas
    12. Drafted questions for a customer satisfaction questionnaire. Beyond Computers & Women in Business Board at Rotherham Chamber of Commerce.
    13. Database cleaning, contacting entries to confirm contacts and addresses are correct. Rudi Enos Design, Seaton Park and Ocurem.
    14. Audio typing of reports. Amco Mining, Dean Headland, Rudi Enos.
    15. Telephone answering at all of the above.
