Andy
Hanselman Consulting is a small office and we
required some support quickly! Maternity leave
and relocation to Canada for our two staff
members had left us with a big gap! Angela
immediately responded, visited us on site,
listened to us, looked at our piles (!), and
took everything away without a single
sigh!!
She
returned with orderly files, new systems and
full explanations. In short she supported us
when we needed it we now have a new staff
member in place and the systems plugged a gap
and this has provided a basis on which to build
our handover on this occasion was less
chaotic, less of a hassle and we even have our
VAT figure sorted with a week to go!

After
initial discussions with Angela of Small Office
Support she immediately pointed out the small
print that I had missed. The result was
that I had got myself into a contract that I did
not want to be in. Angela contacted the
company straight away and kept me informed at
all stages. She followed up in an
assertive, timely and professional
manner.
The outcome was that I was
released from this contract and the whole of my
fee was returned. She is has extensive business
experience and she is efficient. I will consult
Angela before I get involved in any other
project. She really did come to my rescue and I
would recommend her to my contacts.

Having
met Angela from SOS at a Chamber of Commerce
members evening, her services came to the fore
when we needed an independent person at short
notice to take our Board minutes. Angela stepped

colourful but at least I know that it is
